How to Apply

The University of Hawai‘i Graduation Division application period is from October 1 to February 1. All documents must be submitted by February 1. Foreign student deadline is January 15.

• Graduate Division application form;
• General Information, Application Fee Credit Card Payment Form
• Residency Declaration Form
• Official transcripts from each institution attended
• TOEFL score for applicants from foreign countries where English is not the dominant language; and
• Financial status verification for foreign students.

Department of Educational Technology

include:

• "Intent to Apply for Admission" form as soon as a commitment is made by the applicant.
• "Graduate Program Supplemental Information Form"
• "Statement of Objectives Form"
• Three letters of recommendation
• Videotape or computer presentation (if requested)
• GRE scores (not required, if deemed useful by the applicant or deemed necessary by the selection committee)
